We buy our organic chocolate from Fair Trade Co-operatives in Bolivia and the Dominican Republic.  The El Ceibo Co-op in Bolivia is made up of 600+ small farmers determined to improve their lives.  The Concando Co-op in the Dominican Republic has grown much larger with 9.500 members.  The co-op has spun off more businesses making wine, liquor, jams and organic fertilizers.
