KODUKAK, a sister group to COOPAC, is a relatively new secondary cooperative servicing the Kigeyo sector of Rwanda. Nine hundred and ninety farmers harvest ripe cherry and deliver to the Kigeyo washing station where it undergoes several fermentations and washings before it’s dried mechanically and on raised beds.
ROASTER NOTES & TASTING
