Rise Again is an Indonesian coffee blended to highlight fruit-like notes with deep, earthy complexity in the finish. It is inspired by the chorus of Stan Rogers' song 'The Mary Ellen Carter': 'Rise again, rise again,' which closed the Nova Scotia Stan Rogers Folk Festival each year.
