COFFEE INFORMATION 

Biofabrica Microlot is our newest coffee from Organica! This co-operative is proud to support the building and operation of “biofabricas,” or factories that cultivate beneficial  fungi and bacteria to create bio-fertilizers that aid in coffee production. These fertilizers, often stored in large blue containers, support the recovery, improvement and conservation of soil fertility as a strategy for mitigating the effects of climate change. We’ve named this coffee after biofabricas as a way to highlight this regenerative organic agriculture practice from our producer partners at Organica.
