Refund policy

At Just Us! Coffee Roasters, we take pride in the products we make and sell. We want you to enjoy every order, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Coffee, Tea, Chocolate & Other Food Products

For food safety and quality reasons, we don't accept returns or exchanges of food and beverage products simply because you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong item.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, please contact us. We'll work with you to make things right through a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order whenever possible.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs of the product or packaging if applicable.

You don't need to return damaged or defective food products unless we specifically ask you to.

Non-Food Products

Unused, non-food merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it's in its original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm the return arrangements.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we'll arrange an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before the order has been prepared or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
