Thirty years ago, five friends decided to start a different kind of coffee company. Their first producer partner was in Chiapas, Mexico, and buying directly meant taking a big leap: roughly 10 tonnes of green coffee, costing about $30,000. Jeff and Deb Moore put their family home up as collateral to help make it happen.

Founder's Roast takes us back to where our coffee story began: Chiapas. Smooth and approachable, with notes of chocolate and roasted nuts, this medium roast celebrates the relationships, risks and belief in Fair Trade that started Just Us! - and still guide us 30 years later.
